1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and booking our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
NeatVue Designs offers residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and customized services as listed on the website. All appointments must be booked through our online booking system or by direct contact.
3. Service Area
We currently provide services in Embrun, Ontario and surrounding areas. If your address is outside of our service area, additional fees may apply or the appointment may be declined.
4. Booking and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Payment is due after the customer receives an invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We currently accept bank transfers and e-transfers only. Payment details will be included on the invoice.
- Prices listed are subject to change without notice.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
- No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged the full service amount.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or re-clean the area in question at no additional charge.
7. Access to Property
It is your responsibility to ensure that our staff have access to the premises at the scheduled time. If we cannot access your home, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation.
8. Health and Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., pest infestations, aggressive pets, hazardous materials). For safety reasons, we do not clean areas beyond reasonable reach without proper equipment.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Information collected through the booking process is used solely to provide services and communicate with you. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
10. Limitation of Liability
NeatVue Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
